Cawthorne is an award winning village with many outstanding visitor attractions, you can be sure to get pleasure and perhaps gardening inspiration from a visit to this popular weekend event.
Over the years this event has grown from eight gardens opened in 1997 which raised £2,700 to seventeen gardens opened in 2009 when a whopping £15,000 was made. The proceeds are a massive boost to the funds of the historic All Saints church Cawthorne.
Every year promises to be bigger and better and the whole village displays hanging baskets and ensures that their front gardens are looking at their best!
As you would expect from a village church event homemade refreshments are usually available along with fun competitions for children and various events at each of the gardens on display.
